Refund Policy

Return and Replacement

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@pvmax.in or call us at +91 97149 80471. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable replacement, free of charge.

Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We may require you to provide evidence of the damage, such as photographs, to support@pvmax.in. Once verified, we will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement product within 7 to 10 working days.
In case of failure of intimation within 24 hours, PVMAX is not liable to replace products.

3.
Cancellation

Once an order is placed on PVMAX, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

4.
Changes to Policy

PVMAX reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

5.
Shipping Charges and Delivery Timeframe

Unlike some other stores, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges will be applied according to the destination of your order. Additionally, please note that our standard delivery timeframe is within 1 working week from the date of order placement.
